This project is mainly used to complete the prismatic battery module sorting, welding, testing and assembly functions, it including: manual feeding, automatic scan, OCV testing, automatic NG exclusion, battery cell cache, manual stacking & strapping, put module to box manually, manual scan & sticker, CCD tester & position locked, laser cleaning, put busbar manually, laser welding, battery pack IR testing & insulation, Cantilever crane lifting module to manual assembly line, manual assembly, unloading pack, carousel returns to the starting, data acquisition per station, reserved port for uploading to MES system.
